(Incidentally, this also reminds me of my friend D who has always pondered about satin bed-sheets - -They look sexy alright, but how do people manage not to slide off them?)And here's another painting I like from the same artist. This one is titled "The Morning of 27-11-09". Interesting, uh?

I think i liked the first one a tad more than the second ...the second seemed a little......ummmm...cliched???!!!

No, actually I don't find it cliched at all... I thought it was nicely under-stated... and still talking about the dramatic event that it was.
Besides, I really like the look & feel of his paintings. To get that out of water colours is a feat by itself
i really like the second one. and thanks for the pointer; gping through his online gallery i like some of the watercolours a lot...
